Shipping origin

All Minori garments are shipped from Japan.

Each piece is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged before shipment. Because many of our garments are made using delicate, repurposed textiles, we take extra care to prepare them for their journey.


Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Each garment is handled individually, and processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping rates

Shipping is included in the listed price of all items.

International shipping from Japan can sometimes cost up to 30 percent of the product value. We choose to include shipping costs in our prices so that what you see on the website is the price you pay, without surprises at checkout.


Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes around 1 week after dispatch, but in some cases may take up to 2 weeks, particularly due to customs processing.

Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout, but all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Minori is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped outside of Japan, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by the destination country.

For customers in the United States, customs duties and tariffs introduced in recent years may apply upon inspection by US Customs before delivery. While we make every effort to incorporate these costs into our pricing, there may be cases where additional charges are required upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and shipping method.


Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Minori is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.


Lost or delayed shipments

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@minorijpn.com. While we cannot control carrier processes, we will do our best to assist and support you.
